A 2024 study found that after 21 hours of #Sleep deprivation, a single large dose of creatine (0.35 g/kg) can reverse the decline in cognitive performance and even improve it (PMID: 38418482)
For an 80 kg person that would be 28 grams of creatine
Note that these doses are much larger than the recommended 100 mg/kg/day for muscle and brain health
